Please note that the form for the rafting company is in addition to the general forms for medical and media permission.  The reason for this is because the Schenectady Nijkerk Council and the Hudson River Rafting Company are different legal entities.  If you have any questions about this aspect please contact Michael Brockbank at 70125.240@compuserve.com

The Canadian Travel permission form is needed because agents at the border have been trained for heightened awareness of children being abducted.  Therefore when traveling without parents it is necessary to demonstrate that parental permission has been given to travel with the group.
